Bob and Larry Show Hope this Christmas

vt-cover We are thrilled to announce Show Hope’s partnership with VeggieTales to show hope to orphans this holiday season. Show Hope is highlighted in the bonus features of the upcoming Christmas DVD, It’s a Meaningful Life. The DVD will be released on October 5, and pre-orders begin this Wednesday, September 1.

We hope that families will watch the Show Hope video in the bonus features and consider joining this movement to care for orphans by participating in Change for Orphans, making a donation to Show Hope, or becoming Show Hope sponsors.

The It’s a Meaningful Life DVD also includes a new song from Steven Curtis Chapman, titled “Meant to Be.” The music video released on Friday, and features several photos and video clips from Show Hope grant recipient families whose children have come home! Consider how your family can help care for orphans in distress this Christmas by watching VeggieTales and becoming involved with Show Hope.

I posted this on my facebook and on my blog. I would love a “Show Hope this Christmas” button, to put on my blog….and suggest to folks to take part of their Christmas shopping money and give it to help bring a child home to a family. Do you have any buttons like that (like compassion does) I looked around your site but could not find any. I can make my own, but thought if there was an offical one….lots of adoptive family bloggers would use it.

God gives special gifts to those who open their hearts to adopt or care for the orphans… Steven is a true blessing and like all those who came before him, he is a voice who crys out for all to hear!!

There isn’t a Christmas one yet, but I will definitely get on that. Thanks for the suggestion! For now, there is a general Show Hope button and one for the store, found at http://www.showhope.org/awareness
